As a Career Ownership Coach®, I work with clients from all backgrounds who share one common thread: they’re in transition. They’re curious, questioning what’s next, and sensing that where they are now may not be where they want to stay. My role is to partner with them as they explore possibilities, clarify their goals, and uncover what their next chapter could look like. Through coaching conversations and assessment tools, I help them think deeply about questions like, “Do I want to stay in my wheelhouse?” or “Am I ready for something new and challenging?”
A major part of this journey involves exploring business ownership, shifting from working hard to fulfill someone else’s dream to investing that same energy in their own. I guide clients in getting in front of their choices, expanding their sense of what’s possible, and envisioning a future built on independence and purpose.
My coaching approach is shaped by more than 30 years in corporate real estate management. In my most recent role, I served as Global Director of Lease Administration for a Fortune 500 retailer, where I spent 25 years of my career. Leading and developing my team was always the most fulfilling part of my work. I coached my direct reports to deepen their business knowledge, strengthen their skills, and grow into leaders themselves. My leadership philosophy centered on two core beliefs:
- True leaders create other leaders.
- Success alone doesn’t make you great, greatness comes from helping others rise with you.
What I discovered over the course of my career is that coaching is where I thrive. Whether in the workplace or coaching my son’s basketball teams, I found joy in teaching, supporting, and helping others achieve their goals. That passion ultimately led me to The Entrepreneur’s Source®, where I now dedicate myself fully to career coaching.
My mission is to help individuals pursue their dreams of working independently by guiding them through the discovery process of business ownership. I empower clients to explore franchise opportunities that can lead to financial freedom and personal fulfillment. I firmly believe that if you work as hard for yourself as you do in your corporate role, you can build the success you’ve always envisioned.
